We are now prepared and ready to send oysters via mail order. I have always been happy to send them via Royal Mail and first class, there was never a problem. However, since the recent strikes I have looked into a courier service and though more expensive, it is more reliable and I am happy to send oysters this way for Christmas.

The oysters will be packed carefully, with an ice pack to keep them cool. Seaweed will be included in the package which will add to the presentation when you serve them. We have knives available and also oyster moulds (a handy little gadget that I find very helpful when opening oysters.
